How so? Both cache some sort of data and regurgitate back something from that data at behalf of the users request.

One is built to provide that data back in the context of search links to the source and the other attempts to synthesize the data with other subject matter and may not be accurate at all in linking back to original sources. The output and intended use cases are quite different even if the sausage processes at times seem similar.
