You know what actually is harmful according to the WHO (an organisation who actually has qualifications assessing the health impacts of foods)? Red meat, which is classified as a Group 1 carcinogen.
Of course, there’s no mention of that on Consumer Freedom because it doesn’t fit the agenda.

And what does the WHO say about plant based meats? TLDR is that we need more information, but as always, minimising intake of processed foods is a generally a good call.
