I’ll just repeat what I’ve said before: it’s not about people, it’s about real estate valuation and taxes. The folks making the RTO mandates (CEOs) are, as a whole, completely uninterested in employee preferences compared to the value of their homes and buildings. They are influenced by others in the same boat.
