Please upgrade your BIOS immediately. I'm currently trying to fix my laptop, but since I can't charge, I'm not sure how to force fwupdmgr to install BIOS updates anyway.

Edit: I was able to get my system updated; Lenovo's chatbot recommended performing a static discharge by performing a hard poweroff but holding the power button down for 30s after the system shuts off. After performing the static discharge, the system began charging as expected, allowing me to install firmware updates.
