Sigh. And my pixel 4a is outside the window.
The window is "until at least ___." Hopefully, they will do the right thing. Good luck!
December's update isn't available on my 7 Pro yet.
I was in the same boat with my Pixel 8 and wanted to report that after I rebooted my phone, then checked for the update, only then did it magically appear. I chalk it up to that reboot since only 30 seconds beforehand I had used the "check now" button and it swirled and said "nope" but after the reboot, I was rewarded with the much longer swirl that meant it was really, no kidding, checking and then the update appeared
