Great article. It reminds me of a beautifully illustrated children’s book called Hello Lighthouse[1], which tells the life story of a lighthouse keeper and his wife as they tend the lighthouse, get married, rescue the crew of a shipwreck, have a baby girl, and eventually move to shore after being replaced by a mechanism that turns the lamp automatically.
