No mention of re-purposing the servers' waste heat?

Existing datacenters can be seen as compute facilities that generate heat as by-product.

But in 2023, newly planned ones should be treated as heating facilities that produce compute as by-product, imho. Cheap hydro electricity is no excuse: easy to use that elsewhere.
