I expect the long tradition of the dedicated committee sucking off public funds for years without any result to be upheld :)

There's strong motivation to deliver results here. Nailing your political opponents to the wall.
They did illegal spying on opposition and press.

That's scary stuff for a government and should be curbed harshly

But when the same (except worse) happened through Twitter in the US it suddenly counted as "normal national security doings".
