I never met anyone who is "anti-smartphone". Portable internet-connected computers are a miracle of technology. On the flip-side there are many good reasons to dislike the uses of smartphones if you are:

   anti-gatekeeping
   anti-propaganda
   anti-surveillance
   anti-mental-illness
   anti-gaslighting
   anti-monoculture
   anti-monopoly
   anti-stalking
   anti-ewaste
   anti-exclusion
   anti-price-gouging
   anti-addiction
   anti-alienation
   anti-manipulation
   anti-dark-patterns
   anti-designed-obsolescence
   anti-vendor-malware
   anti-backdoors
   anti-dehumanisation
Let's not mistake technology for toxic culture that rides on it.
