Art. By definition, and applied broadly across fields. And I mean real art, not generic, cookie cutter, mass-production "art" (that can be replaced, and makes up the majority)

Some forms of art will be more protected than others. Think of somebody who builds unique artwork by hand 100% from random wood and other material found in the nature. Good luck having AI robots pick those from the wilderness, put them together, or 3D print a fake one that looks exactly like a real thing.
what is "real art"? what you're at it, define what a True Scotsman is for me.
for every artist getting a residency at MoMA there are dozens more doing logos, UI, concept design, etc., and those people are getting slammed right now.
but yeah, the one-off person getting a grant from somewhere to do art might be able to hit median US income -- AI-proof!
