Just post that next time with its original title instead of a less informative thing that links it with an editorialized title.
You say the linked SEC form is "less informative" but I would prefer a link to the direct source, and this is the direct source. The problem is that the direct source has a maximally generic and ugly title, and so given that I think the user created title is a fair summary of why the document is important.
It's a self report by Dropbox, they are the source and not the SEC. Sometimes it's better to find independent reporting rather than a corporate release but barring that, this is a Dropbox-reported thing.

That may well be but it's not how HN titles work, as you probably know - it's described in the site docs.
The k-8 is the source and that's published by the SEC. If you don't like the post that's cool, get over it and post the dropbox blog yourself and if it's as much better as you say then laugh on your way to the bank.
It's not a self report, it's a mandatory report they agreed to when they decided to sell public shares. Telling your owners what you're doing with their shit isn't some nicety.
