That's not what it says.

What it says is "... without prior written approval".

Er, I'm sorry, do they not like the color of the bits of code? How do you tell provenance of code?
What they don't like is what they say. Taint.

I read that in their manifesto(yes I do read the fine articles). It's my earnestly held opinion that math is discovered not created, and I feel like code is the same. I believe taint in code is about as real as the evil bit for TCP(for what it's worth, I'm also strongly against current copyright laws in the information age).
