No need to go to .nl, anywhere rural scares away the fascists. My neighbors kid started professionally operating heavy construction equipment at age 7, and kids seen in this video would be off riding dirt bikes with their friends down the dirt roads.

In more urban areas of course the real reason people can't let their kids loose is the paranoid collectivists in the city are at the ready at all times to call child services at any hint of freedom.
