The same FDA that approved oxycodone, fentanyl patches, benzodaizapines, is having issues with the potential for abuse of MDMA?

Maybe my own experiences with people hooked on opioids and benzos and not MDMA have colored my reaction. I would be greatful if someone at the FDA could point me to the homeless encampment or recovery facility where all the MDMA abusers are hiding.

If all us Disposable Labor Units start using the kind of drugs that force us to realize the absurdity of our life situations and daily lives... well then we might stop participating in The System with the necessary level of zeal. Im 20% joking here - but Im dead serious for the remaining.
Oddly, my personal experience worked out quite the opposite.

I took the heroic dose of mushrooms, and then a bunch of MDMA on top of it. I had a great day, it changed my life, I understand my own thinking in a different way.

Im ambivalent to a fair bit of the absurdity because of that experience. Candidly a lot of the success I found I can directly point back to that moment and the choices I made after it.

Fitting into the system and breaking the rules became part of how I got ahead.
