Around 1 am., New Hampshire 911 telecommunicators reported not being able to answer incoming 911 calls that they could see on their computer systems, the agency said in a news release. Calls that couldn’t be answered were returned to make sure people got the help they needed. By 3:30 a.m., calls and texts to 911 were being received on a backup system and the system has been fully restored, officials said."
