This is too broad IMO. It is on the edge of LEO sensitive info, so even if you did a FOIA request I think you would be shot down. I don't think there is any chance PDs will voluntarily post this.

You can search your local PD, try to find a contact email for their analysis or community police department and send an email to ask. (Not great chances that works either, I would suggest trying to limit your ask in a way that makes it much less likely to contain sensitive info.)

In my US city, the police list them (as well as other timely things of interest) on their website. I'm sure not everything, and what's there is probably "sanitized" but there's data there nonetheless.

The police website is particularly useful for when you hear something going on in the middle of the night and want to know what it is. Things like an excess of sirens, mysterious explosion sounds, etc.

yeah i think it goes city-by-city. some show APBs on their site. but if you want the entire country you'd have to do a lot of work.
