Who collected the evidences in first place ? And on what basis it should take 80+ years for 1 human ? How many evidences on these cold cases ? Not so much explanations, this seems to be just a click bait to present the Sooze tool, the one "to review" the evidences.

Looking forward to reports about how it's biased and somehow targets people of color and minorities.
