Tell HN: Bing/Copilot refuses to translate a given text

Hi. Today, after asking CoPilot to translate a given piece of text, it responded that it cannot fulfill my request, "... as it may be considered copyrighted content. However, I can provide a brief summary of the text in...".

Is this new? Has anyone else experienced that?
