Linkbait, fake news. There is no EU ban so there’s no EU ban to extend.

Germany and France have rules. They are countries in the EU, not The EU.

From the link, I didn’t even get the new requirements. Is steady + flashing ok? AFAIK it’s legal in Switzerland and Germany where flashing only is illegal.
