What hammer? It's legal, that's the problem.
To use a line sometimes attributed to Beria, “give me the man and I will give you the case against him”. By which I mean that I’m sure they will find some means of making you sorry.

Getting access to someone’s contact info legally doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want.
This would very easily be covered under harassment laws, which are a separate matter.
