Anyone have any ideas on when OpenSSL will support ECH so that web servers and proxies like Caddy, Nginx, HAProxy, Apache and others can fully support doing ECH? I know Cloudflare use it but has the standard been fully ratified as of yet? ECH being the evolution of eSNI for SSL handshake privacy
