I think hospitals are even worse than the insurance companies.

It shouldn’t be possible that a 3-4 hr procedure, not involving surgery or medications results in a claim exceeding $200k USD.

Might as well just submit claims of $1MM for everything, including a routine physical.

Silly clawbacks by pharmaceutical dispensers.

I have a commercial prescription insurance card. My Rx costs $25.

Same Rx costs $10 using just only my revealed Medicare prescription card.

Same Rx costs $2.98 posing as a poor destitute customer without revealing any prescription card.

Later learned that the drug dispensers takes back and pockets the $22.02 and $7.02 if a prescription card gets procurred.

But, but ... BUT I get the Rx for free if I produce both cards.

It's a topsy-turvy world!
