That's a nice start. Next thing I know he might give me a toilet that can flush one of my infamous Falcon Heavy's.

This problem is already solved by technology. A brief history:

In the old days, before water conservation efforts, toilets used around 5 gallons per flush. They flushed slowly and weakly, but they kind of make up for it with volume. Except that, when the flush failed, they would overflow quickly, at a rate of 5 gallons per flush.

Then conservation started and we got lower-flush toilets. They were awful. You might have one of these.

But now we have even lower flushing toilets, and they work better than ever, and they clog your pipes less because they flush forcefully.

So your Falcon Heavy needs a modern toilet, not an executive order.
