I just submitted my (overedited) Proposal - The Tokyo Memory Map for the Tokyo Biennale 2025 Open Call.
Imagine wandering Tokyo’s neon-lit streets at midnight, ducking into a ramen shop, stumbling upon a street musician, all things you only notice when you've truly walked the city (conveniently fitting the theme of Sampo) all stitched together into a living, breathing map.
Tokyo Memory Map crowdsources photos, videos, sketches, and music from locals, revealing the hidden layers of the city beyond tourist snapshots.
This project is a love letter to Japan while blending all my passions- art, tech, and storytelling into a digital patchwork of a city that’s constantly reinventing itself.
I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback :)
