Clearly showing how funds and grants are distributed. Also showing how education is distributed. Just saying.
Sorry if I’m dense: how are funds and grants distributed?
You can be specific instead of being dense, don´t be shy. What I mean that when, raised and born, locally educated students apply for grants/funds, they are denied. It seems that the same system that educated them is not good enough, leading to headnews like above. If you want competition, create one, or don´t get surprised. Hope this doesn´t make me a moron or a racist, I am just stating facts and expressing my opinion.
