Well, these should get me in trouble here fairly quickly...

• Modern Java is a good language.

• It's ok not to be polyglot.

• Debugging should not start with the debugger.

• If you can't express yourself clearly you probably can't think clearly.

• HN should support Markdown :)

Some exceptions for all of these, of course.
