I suspect the 10x increase since 2022-2023 it's mostly to do with the conflicts in Ukraine, Gaza, Iran, India and rising global tensions, pushing up defense, aerospace and energy stocks, rather than thanks to the new CEO who came in then which was just convenient timing.
