I see Zorin OS mentioned regularly in writeups like these to help people leaving Windows and looking for an alternative.

Maybe it's just a misunderstanding on my part, but Zorin seems to have a tiny (2-10 people, likely on the low end) roster of developers deeply involved.

Why would any distro with a tiny dev team be worth mentioning for people using Windows? Even pop!os is a very small team, but at least they have business hours and a support team.
