Getting answers to your question won't help you. If a product is obviously valuable, and there's an obvious way one could make it better, there will be plenty of alternatives out there. It's an incredibly competitive market out there. You need to create something based on your experience and advantages; and what you'll come up with will be something that many people will think is useless.
