That's a fun photo essay. Cool to see people's parents embrace what must be strange and different to them. An accident, though, of portraying cosplayers only with their families was that I got the impression all these people were single. Of course that is not described to be the case.
Fascinating photo essay. Celebrating the dead mom who was the first to accompany her kid to a cosplay event was a very nice touch.

I would be ashamed if any of these were my kids. I am teaching my kids to build families and work hard, not to waste their lives on entertainment.
You know people have hobbies, right? There's more to life than work and reproduction.
