I'm all for making organizations more efficient in their operations but that requires that their operations be for the common good. It would not surprise me if a use case of this is to refine their files on "political subversives" who are then labeled as an enemy of the state.

Saw an interesting job posting for the FBI, they wanted people with a CS degree they could turn into field agents. I guess they want to build up their technological capabilities internally.
