Would just be dumping overvalued bags on retail. Private equity is fundamentally overvalued, which is why there is little liquidity and transaction volume. Going public doesn’t fix the valuation issue.

I’d rather see a bunch of little overvalued bags than one or two major ones. Spread the wealth.
