A title like "Latest winners of the International Obfuscated C Code Contest" might be more useful.
Otherwise please use the original title, unless it is misleading or linkbait; don't editorialize.

More useful, but much less funny.

I believe that the title of TFA is faithful to the spirit of a contest named "The International Obfuscated C Code Contest", even if I was also confused by the title.

The work of all the winners was extremely impressive, as usual at this contest.

I especially enjoyed the Nixie tube emulator, being familiar with real Nixie tubes, and having a fondness for their use in clocks.
