The people who make US$1M per year are not the typical AI person. The vast majority of the staff will earn a lot less than that, and a few will earn twice or three times as much.

How much do you think companies should be allocating per employee?
At least $2.5-3M if they want them employed more than 2 years.
I would say at least 6 if they want me to move to the US.
