Now that bullshit about a golden age of science is obviously bullshit, I wonder how long it will take our supposed tech industry leaders to unhook their lips from Trump's rear end and admit that authoritarian, racist, sexist, anti-science politics isn't good for tech.
Tech industry "leaders" actively want to be the authoritarians. They care about amassing wealth and power, they don't care what's good for tech, society, or people. I seriously doubt their stance will change.
