Holy shit. More civilised societies would consider writing this a hate crime.

Healthy societies would agree. Infantile societies that would condemn this are doomed to only go down to lowest what they tolerate (guys who defecate in bushes)
Also, how is speech/writing a hate crime? It is an opinion, and even if i disagree i would want for all to have option to express themselves without it being a crime, as it's not a crime, it's an idea which you can think and disagree
When an opinion states clearly that your people are to be treated like wolves, that should be treated as a pest, maybe you’ll see it differently. I hope you never experience that first hand, and I’m disappointed so many Europeans are so willing to fall for the same discourse that led us to WWII.
It is itself uncivilized for writing to be a hate crime.
Writing crafted to justify hate crimes is in itself one.
That is a deeply illiberal notion.
No, it's just not a liberal-extremist argument.
I’m afraid “liberal” has no longer any recognisable meaning. The free-speech absolutists frequently align with the self-proclaimed conservatives, which are only “liberal” towards ideas they consider correct while they support aggressively condemnation of diverging ideas they call “illiberal”.
I would prefer “progressive”, but that, as well, requires us to assume a direction for where society should progress. In any case, I think that the incentive to suppression of fundamental human rights cannot, by any measure, be called “liberal”.
Whatever you call it, I'm against writing being a crime.
I’m for incitement being one, regardless of the medium the incitement takes place.
