In the US at least and western militaries as far as I'm aware, combined arms operations are coordinated between branches. The Air Force doesn't have infantry, they call the Army to coordinate and so on. That coordination and ability to execute is extremely important. Trying to suggest that what I wrote wasn't correct is being needlessly argumentative and is a poor reflection on your ability to discuss this issue.
