Wow this is HUGE! Why is this not more widely discussed about?
My experience of it was seeing, at the bottom of the Uber options (ie Uber Courier, XL, Share, etc.) a notice that said that uber prices were algorithmically set. Which ... has seemed pretty obvious since the first day?

I'm not too sure what disclosure might do/help with, honestly.

Also, "Certain industries are also categorically exempted, including regulated financial institutions and entities regulated under state insurance laws. The Act also does not apply to certain prices offered to consumers with "subscription-based" contracts."...
