Ask HN: What happened to those guys from Infinite Detail? (voxel graphics)

I remember seeing a video from them early 2012 and haven't heard a peep since.

They touted being able to provide infinite detail in computer graphics, but many people argued that animation is extremely difficult, if not impossible and their idea was a pipe dream.

Anybody heard from them since?

They were Australian if I remember correctly.
