I'd suggest the reverse.

Because there is no existing API this cannot be in-demand. Or it would exist.

Sure companies like OKCupid, Facebook, POF, etc, all want to detect porn in their user-uploaded images, but they all handle it via user-reporting. That costs them nothing, and is "fast".

I suspect not many people would be prepared to wait five minutes for a real result.
