Its a bit like the sequence from "once upon a time in the west", where the camera goes over a hill, showing all the unclaimed land, the workers building the new railway etc. Epic scenery of a land of opportunity, golden afternoon sun rays, with a grand Ennio Morricone soundtrack playing.
