Managing that much money must be an enormous challenge since there are so few places where you can put a substantial amount of it.

They could be putting substantially more into real estate. They're at 5% allocation, which seems low to me. I suspect that in the USA, most people are at either 0% (renters) or 50%+ (homeowners).
