I picked up sewing recently to put on the scout badges for my kids. After doing a couple by hand the machine is a real treat to work with! It’s also quite fun, highly recommended if you’re into making…

What are your main problems with AKS? I’m setting up a new greenfield project and have to use it. Would be nice to avoid done pitfalls.

I believe there has been a general sense of "AWS/GCP/Azure are not compliant with EU GDPR (see Schrems II and possible future cases) but there is no alternative" with most EU based…

Cool! I have an interesting project but it’s still waiting for Security Level 3 support in Web Bluetooth. Also Peripheral mode would be nice.

Happy to see them with an owner that has more time for them! Do you have more info on how the spraying works? I might be interested for some of my other old Thinkpads.

Did you get both machines to boot in the end? Looking forward to the next blog posts!

Exactly. Buy T, X or P series. For non-demanding users L series might be OK, but I prefer to buy second-hand / refurbished T series instead. Avoid E series, or at least don't expect any &quo…

Disagree! I've been using Thinkpads since 2004 and was a bit obsessed with them around 2010 and almost had a museum with old machines I bought on eBay. I had two 701cs's butterfly models etc…

Probably alupex "meerlagenbuis"? Comparing it to copper it seems to be much more affordable per meter. I worked mostly with copper in the past, but did some work with alupex on my brother…

No need for a witch hunt. There is a risk classification system for medical devices. Most regulatory bodies have put contact lenses in the moderate to high risk category. E.g. the FDA classifies conta…
