I really doubt men like gadgets more than women per se, it's a social/cultural/education thing that leads them to move away from those interests.

Off topic, but the sign up process is very bad. Why do they need full name, email, company name, role, address, phone number, catcha, etc to just sign up for more information?

I agree, and actually in a lot of countries you couldn't just get fired. Your employer would have to prove you really are slacking off, which would be hard if they're giving you more than 40…

I'm guessing because they rely a lot on immigration (23% of the pop. are immigrants) and it would cause problems with the EU. Could be wrong though.
