Don't think the talent pool is small. It's the budget. InfoSec is seen as a huge money sink in the eyes of many unfortunately.

From (1), it sounds like you don't know if there's much benefit to using your tool, compared to others. In that case your only route is focusing on a niche - eg FAANG devs who day trade.
