Water is a green house gas? Totally disagree.

Even too much. Taxis at Sydney airport sometimes charge you 10% more for using a credit card. That's legalized theft, in my view.

Ouch. "Resource Limit Is Reached. The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later." I guess the Hacker News effect. I used to …

The single thing that prevents me from switching from a Macbook to a Dell XPS is the Apple trackpad. Think about it.

What tool do you use to get this data point?

Hi Chuck, that's a good point - but I guess we're still a few years away from cheap enough batteries. :)

Apple will NOT buy Tesla for $75B in 18 months - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=9055177

That was Jason's assumption, not mine. :)

Author here: to run a house for a week, one of Tesla's battery would not be enough; you would need a few. I guess I wasn't much clear on the post.

I agree. However, there's a HUGE need for a hub of some kind. Possibly, open for anybody to develop on top of it.

Make sure your severance is fair. If not, consult a lawyer ASAP.
