VTE based terminals can't support this AFAIK. Kitty draws itself with OpenGL and so supports these things. Iterm2 is also a similar story afaik (and Wezterm and ....)

Depends on the occupancy. For a 2BHK I would say 800 is small. For a 1BHK, it is good.

You can optionally add the password as a query parameter to the zoom link itself. The links you got probably had that.
